About us
We teach our kids the same values that built this business: show up, work hard, be kind, and clean up after yourself. They see us out there—loading trailers, answering calls, serving customers—and we know we’re building something bigger than a business. We’re building a legacy.
Hi, we’re Justin and Lisa — the husband-and-wife team behind DisposeRight. If you’re here, you probably want to know who we are and why we do what we do. So here’s our story: one rooted in family, hard work, and a whole lot of heart.
We’re proud parents to five incredible kids. For years, Justin worked as an over-the-road truck driver, hauling freight across the country while Lisa held down the fort at home. Our marriage has always been strong, but long stretches apart made things tough. Birthdays were missed, milestones were experienced through phone calls, and we lived for weekends and video chats. That life taught us grit and sacrifice, but also made us realize: home matters more.
After more than a decade of living out of a cab, we knew it was time for a change. We wanted to build something meaningful—together—something that brought Justin home and gave our family more time under the same roof. That’s when DisposeRight was born.
What started as a simple idea—helping folks haul away the junk they didn’t need—quickly became our mission. But it was never just about throwing stuff in a trailer. We saw it as an opportunity to serve our community, one driveway, basement, or construction site at a time.
In those early days, we bootstrapped everything. Just us, a trailer, a lot of sweat, and a shared vision. Some days were tough. We juggled kid drop-offs, marketing flyers, hauling loads, and making sure we still had family dinners. But the calls started coming in. Word spread. People told their neighbors about this local couple who showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up like it was their own place. That’s the moment we realized: we weren’t just removing junk—we were earning trust.
Today, DisposeRight is proud to serve the Springfield, MO area and surrounding communities. We handle everything from old furniture and yard debris to construction waste and full-home cleanouts. But what sets us apart isn’t just our service list—it’s our values. We believe in honesty, hustle, and treating every customer like they’re part of our extended family.
When you call DisposeRight, you’re not getting a faceless national chain. You’re getting a family-run crew that shows up ready to work, ready to help, and ready to do things right. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just real people who care about doing a great job.

Every job we take helps support our family and keeps us rooted in the community we love. We don’t take that lightly. Whether it’s a one-item pickup or a full property cleanout, we bring the same level of care and hustle every time. Because it matters.
